Legs, Bums & Tums

Our Legs, Bums & Tums class is a lower body toning session.
Expect to work glutes, quads, abs and obliques in this 45-minute class, with a dash of cardio to get that heart rate up!
The exercises are choreographed to music which makes it more fun! Each music track focuses on a different muscle group, so get ready to feel the burn! Exercises include squats, lunges, glute bridge, and donkey kicks.
The practical stuff
Like Bodypump, there is a little bit of preparation needed for the class; make sure you have the time to set up a step, a barbell, collect mats, resistance bands and plates.
