Our HIIT classes are energetic and highly addictive!
In a true HIIT class, you’ll need to push yourself to the max during every rep for short bursts of energy. Rest periods between each set are an essential part of the HIIT class. This rest allows recovery, and you will feel energised after the class.
Hiit classes are “High Intensity”, expect sprints, explosive movements and high impact activity that will see your heart rate peak.
