The class is aimed to make you walk taller and feel stronger whilst increasing your flexibility. Hard Core is a class that is designed for everyone and will help to combat a modern lifestyle that so often compromises our posture and core stability.
This 30 minute class is the perfect compliment to a longer workout or simply to do this when time is short. Katie takes you through a series of core exercises that will see you burn and give you a fantastic workout.
