In Booty Strong you will learn how to switch on and work your glutes, allowing you to run faster, jump higher and lift heavier weights.
Booty Strong is a 45 minute class which is suitable for everyone. You will receive a ‘booty shaping’ strength based workout. Expect to push your glutes to the limit using a combination of band resisted, weighted and bodyweight exercises. After a few classes you will start to see changes to your strength and shape.
Our instructors are some of the finest in North London / Camden and will guide you through the class.
