Throughout our Bootcamp class you will run, jump, squat, skip, sprint and lift weights all in an energised rigorous manner!
The class is led by Katie; if you are expecting a quiet workout, then think again… ! The music is loud and the motivation and energy is HIGH!!
The class is typically delivered in small, circuit style groups; expect every piece of studio equipment to be used!
