Body Strong combines bodyweight exercises with other specialist resistance equipment.
You will push, pull, carry and lift your way to a stronger, fitter and leaner physique. Attending Body Strong will increase your strength levels, cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone. Des is our no nonsense instructor for this class; he will lead you through progressive exercises aimed at building strength.
Body strong classes features a variety of equipment such as suspension sets, barbells, free weights and of course your own body weight! Expect to feel muscle fatigue by the end of this class!

You do not need to bring anything with you for our Body Strong classes.
While your muscles will be feeling the burn, this is not a class for those seeking raised heart rates and sweaty faces!
