Body Attack is a class that welcomes everyone regardless of your level of experience or fitness. It combines athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. The class is high energy and high impact so be prepared to get hot and sweaty!
Aisling can give modifications for those keen for lower impact exercise options.
