The only gym in Camden to feature “Barre tone” on our timetable.
Our Barre Tone classes are led by Daniela and Susanna, two highly experienced Barre instructors. Based on the principles of Ballet and Pilates, expect to perform controlled movements with high sets of repetitions to rhythmic music. Some positions are held for a long time, so if you think ballet dancers are weak, think again! This class will make you feel muscles you never knew you had!
The practical bits:
Barre Tone is suitable for all levels and abilities. Class attendees usually take off their shoes and simply do the class in their socks or barefoot. This however is entirely up to you!
