I have a concern I would like to escalate.
From time to time things can go wrong, we will always try and resolve any concerns quickly and would suggest you complete the form here in the first instance. A copy of our Complaints Policy is available upon request.
The lockers at the club require a padlock. Padlocks are available for purchase in one of the clubs vending machines. Failing that, you are welcome to bring your own.
Can I leave items in the lockers over night?
Unfortunately, not. Members have full access of the lockers for the duration of their training session. Lockers will be emptied at night and member’s items moved in to lost property. Padlocks may be broken to gain access and will not be replaced by the club.
I’ve left a personal item in the club.
If you think you have left something behind, simply complete this form with the exact details & we will go about trying to locate your item.
We will try our best to return any items of lost property back to the owner, however we do not take responsibility for any item held in lost property. Lost property items will be kept until claimed, but for no longer than one week, after which time the items will either be donated to charity or destroyed.

What are the club opening hours?
The clubs opening hours are detailed below. We do ask for all member to vacate the club at the closing time. Therefore if you intend to shower after your workout, we ask for you to bear this in mind & finish your workout allowing plenty of time to shower & to leave.
