Please note neither The Fitness nor its licensed partners retain credit card details. All information requested will be clearly labelled and no information will be taken or retained without you freely providing it.
Is your website secure?
Yes, we operate to the highest security levels and take the management of our members information very seriously. Credit card details are entered on Mind Body Online (the clubs management software) and are stored by using 256-bit encryption standards. Mind Body Online is audited annually under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and is a fully approved Level 1 payment services provider, which is the highest level of compliance.
Is there CCTV?
Yes, for health and security reasons we operate CCTV 24hrs a day.
