Can I freeze my membership?
There is no option to freeze your flexible membership. Simply self-cancel your membership by logging into your account here. When you want to return, you simply follow the joining process.
12 Month Memberships:
Yes! On a 12 month fixed term contract you are able to freeze your membership for up to 2 months. We ask for you to give us 2 weeks notice of any freeze period. Due to the system in use, freezes can only follow your monthly billing cycle. There is a £5 charge applied to activate any freeze. This charge will be added to your monthly direct debit. Frozen months will be added to the end of your membership contract. To freeze your membership, email the gym on email@example.com and we will take care of the freeze. You will receive an email confirmation when this is complete.
