How do I cancel my membership?
All of the club memberships are self-service. This means you are in control. You can log in at any time to book a class, purchase items or cancel your membership. Please note: Cancellations take immediate effect. Cancel on your last visit or prior to your next payment.

What do I do if one of my payments fails?
Don’t worry, this happens! You will receive an email giving you details on how to pay on line. Alternatively you can contact the club between 11am – 7pm on 020 7267 5544 to discuss all the options.
Can I change my payment details?
Yes. You have full control of your membership & can change your payment details to suit you, just keep these simple rules in mind.

Can I freeze my membership?
There is no option to freeze your membership. Simply self-cancel your membership by logging into your account here. When you want to return, you simply follow the joining process.
