Managing your Membership
How do I cancel my membership?
There are two ways you can cancel your membership. You can log in here at any time to book a class, purchase items or cancel your membership. Please note what when you self cancel, your cancellation will take immediate effect and your access to the club will be instantly stopped.
Alternatively, please complete our cancellation form and we will cancel your membership for you. Please note that you must provide 3 working days notice prior to your next payment collection date for the cancellation to happen in time.

What do I do if one of my payments fails?
Don’t worry, this happens! You will receive an email giving you details on how to pay on line. Alternatively you can contact the club between 11am – 7pm on 020 7267 5544 to discuss all the options.
Can I change my payment details?
Yes. You have full control of your membership & can change your payment details to suit you, just keep these simple rules in mind.
Simply log in to your account
Can I freeze my membership?
There is no option to freeze your membership. Simply self-cancel your membership by logging into your account here. When you want to return, you simply follow the joining process.
