How do I cancel my membership?

Flexible Memberships:

Flexible memberships can be cancelled at any time without providing any notice period. There are two ways you can cancel your flexible membership. You can log in here at any time to book a class, purchase items or cancel your membership. Please note that when you self cancel, your cancellation will take immediate effect and your access to the club will be instantly stopped.

Alternatively, please complete our cancellation form and we will cancel your membership for you. Please note that you must provide 3 working days notice prior to your next payment collection date for the cancellation to happen in time.

12 Month Memberships:

12 Month Memberships can only be cancelled after the agreed 12 month period. Once the 12 months has passed you can cancel your membership by giving 1 months notice. Simply complete the cancellation form and we will cancel your membership for you.

What do I do if one of my payments fails?

Flexible Memberships:

Don’t worry, sometimes this happens! You will receive an email letting you know that your payment has failed. You can update your details online here, alternatively you can contact the club between 11am – 7pm on 020 7267 5544 to discuss all the options.

12 Month Memberships:

Our fixed term memberships are processed by Direct Debit. Harlands provide our Direct Debit facility. If your direct debit payment has failed you will be contacted directly by Harlands. Please note that administrative charges will be levied for payment failures.

Can I change my payment details?

Flexible Memberships:

Yes. You have full control of your membership & can change your payment details to suit you, just keep these simple rules in mind. Simply log in to your account here to amend your account.

12 Month Memberships:

To change your direct debit details we ask you to contact Harlands (our direct debit provider) directly. Contact their call centre on 01444 449 166 and they will update your details accordingly.

Can I freeze my membership?

Flexible Memberships:

There is no option to freeze your flexible membership. Simply self-cancel your membership by logging into your account here. When you want to return, you simply follow the joining process.

12 Month Memberships:

Yes! On a 12 month fixed term contract you are able to freeze your membership for up to 2 months. We ask for you to give us 2 weeks notice of any freeze period. Due to the system in use, freezes can only follow your monthly billing cycle. There is a £5 charge applied to activate any freeze. This charge will be added to your monthly direct debit. Frozen months will be added to the end of your membership contract. To freeze your membership, email the gym on [email protected] and we will take care of the freeze. You will receive an email confirmation when this is complete.
