Information about Classes
What if I need to late cancel a class or don’t show up?
A no-show (i.e. a class is booked but the user doesn’t attend) simply will reduce the number of advance bookings that can be made that month.
The Fitness Mosaic operates a 2 hour late cancellation window. Therefore, if you cancel within 2 hours of your class window it will be treated the same as a no show.
What are the class booking rules?
All Fitness Mosaic members will be able to advance book 10 classes per month. Members can attend as many classes as they wish, but can only advance book 10 of them. Once the monthly allocation of 10 advance bookings has been used, to attend a class it will be on a first come, first served basis.
How do I cancel a class?
You can cancel a class you have booked via the clubs website or on our FREE iPhone and Android App. Simply log in & cancel the class/es you can no longer attend. Unfortunately we are unable to take cancellations via email or phone.
What if I cannot book?
Simply turn up before your class and take a space on a first come, first served basis. Don’t worry though. Many of our classes are for up to 35 participants so spaces are readily available.
How far in advance can I book?
Classes can be booked 3 days in advance. Up to 10 classes a month can be booked in advance.
How do I book a class?
You can book classes via the clubs website, on our FREE iPhone and Android App or on the touch screens in club. Simply log in & book the classes you would like to attend.
Are classes part of my membership?
We have two types of member plan. Gym Only and Full Membership:
Memberships with Group classes offer all the classes you see on the timetable are included.

If you are on a Gym only membership we would kindly ask you not to participate in Group Classes.
