Barre Tone focuses on posture, flexibility, core control and stability and is ideal for those looking for an improved posture and alignment, stronger core and toned, flexible muscles. Based on the principles of Ballet and Pilates, members will perform controlled movements with many repetitions with some positions being held for a long time! Starting with a barre based routine you will work the whole lower body (calves, hamstrings, thighs, glutes) this is followed by a abs section focusing on core control, and the class finishes with stretches, on the barre and the floor mats.

In Booty Strong you will learn how to switch on and work your glutes allowing you to run faster, jump higher and lift heavier weights. It’s a 45 minute class in which you will receive a ‘booty shaping’ strength based workout. Expect to push your glutes to the limit using a combination of band resisted, weighted and bodyweight exercises.


Whether you are new to boxing or an experienced boxer, this authentic boxing class is for you! The workout will cover all boxing drills including footwork, technique, speed, endurance, power, reflexes and balance. Expect a combination of fitness work, boxing combinations and techniques followed boxing based conditioning exercises. HIIT is a cardio workout arranged as short bursts of incredibly hard work. The HIIT class will have a work/rest ration of 20 seconds ON: 20 seconds OFF. In a true HIIT class, you’ll need to push yourself to the absolute max during every rep. That’s why they’re short at only 20 seconds long. Rest periods between each set are an essential part of the HIIT class – if you don’t need the rest to recover, you’re simply not doing it properly!


Exactly what is says on the tin! An intense lower body toning session. Expect to work, glutes, quads, abs and obliques in this 45-minute class, with a dash of cardio to get that heart rate up!
Exercises are choreographed to music which makes it more fun! Each music track focuses on a different muscle group, so get ready to feel the burn! Exercises include squats, lunges, glute bridge, and donkey kicks.


This class is all about controlling your own body to get stronger and leaner. Using only body weight with breathing exercises, the workout focuses on the ‘powerhouse’ (muscles in the hips, back, abdominals and glutes), requiring stabilisation of the torso and sustained concentrated effort to maintain core control.
