About Mat Pilates

This class is all about controlling your own body to get stronger and leaner. Using only body weight with breathing exercises, the workout focuses on the ‘powerhouse’ (muscles in the hips, back, abdominals and glutes), requiring stabilisation of the torso and sustained concentrated effort to maintain core control. (60 min)
